1. Voluntary Participation
By signing this form, I hereby confirm that I am voluntarily choosing to save money through SaveX, a marketing and financial savings platform. I understand that my participation is entirely of my own free will and I have not been coerced or misled.
2. Purpose of Saving
I understand that the money I contribute to SaveX is intended for the purpose of structured savings over a fixed or customized duration, in exchange for agreed-upon interest returns as outlined in my selected plan.
3. Savings Plan Selection
I acknowledge that I have been made aware of the available savings plans (Newbie, Starter, Grow, Smart, Plus, or Custom) and I have chosen my plan based on my personal financial goals and capacity.
4. Terms and Conditions
I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies of SaveX including:
- Payment and contribution schedule
- Withdrawal restrictions and interest eligibility
- Retention bonus terms for continued saving
- Forfeiture of interest in cases of early withdrawal or default
I am aware that SaveX may update its terms, and it is my responsibility to stay informed via official communications.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that while SaveX operates with diligence and care, all financial services involve an element of risk. I understand that SaveX is not a bank, and funds are pooled and invested to generate returns. I confirm I have made an informed decision to save through this platform.
